The Swedish esports organisation Alliance has announced that it is making a few changes to its Dota 2 roster. Following the conclusion of The International 10, where the team didn't quite make it to the quarter-finals, Alliance is letting two of its players go.

Both Linus "Limmp" Blomdin and Artiom "fng" Barshack are leaving the team, after originally joining the organisation back in 2019 and 2020 respectively.

"I want to thank Limmp and Fng for their time with Alliance," says Jonathan "Loda" Berg, Alliance CEO and co-founder. "Throughout their time with us they have both been incredibly professional and it's been a pleasure working with them. They were both an integral part of bringing Alliance back to TI this year and for that I will be forever thankful. I wish them both all the best in their next team which I have no doubt they will excel in."

There's no word just yet on who Alliance will replace Limmp and fng with, but no doubt we'll hear more as the team prepares for its 2022 Dota 2 campaign.
